Our work is developed "In-Company" and adjusted in a personalized way to the needs and expectations of each client, and the first step is always a critical analysis of the conditions in which each company is, so only then we propose the services we can develop, helping to improve business performance.
"INTEGRATED CONSULTING PROJECT" consists of a network of associated partners, formed by renowned companies and renowned independent consultants, who work under the banner of "CIASA" within the quality standards required by us, and this strategy allows us to provide a wide range of corporate services to our clients, which gives us a great advantage, as it allows us to maintain a relationship based on trust without losing the focus on solving problems in a systemic and integrated way, at a very low cost-benefit ratio when compared to our major competitors.
We are able to serve our customers in two different ways:
1º - WITH PERFORMANCE AND TEMPORARY CHARACTER - after careful analysis, a project will be developed recommending actions as possible solutions to specific problems. The charge for this work will be made with values previously set for each stage, in addition, basic conditions for execution, hours per consultant and deadlines will be pre-established, and for each step a report will be presented detailing the work developed, steps to be implemented and the desired objectives.
2º - WITH CONTINUOUS ACTIVITIES AND PERMANENT CHARACTER - after careful initial analysis, a project will be developed recommending actions as possible solutions to specific problems. The fees for this work will be made with values previously fixed per man-hour and for periods (eg, monthly), in addition, basic conditions will be established for execution, and a report will be periodically given detailing the work developed in that period , the next steps to be implemented and the desired objectives.
Note: In both ways we can link part of the amounts that would be charged to the results obtained, reducing the risk margin of our clients and increasing the reliability in our services (participation).
